今日の宿題はDAILY DIARY_THINK IN ENGLISH CHALLENGEと言っている英語で書く日記と、Japanese supermarket chain Daiei will open an unmanned store in Tokyoという文章をよんで、キーワードをピックアップして、その場で話せというものだった。

宿題

Today, I will share an episode of my respected senior. He was a senior in my lab at university and a colleague (kow-leeg) at my current company. This episode is from our college days. He met a woman on an application. She is his current wife.  They started living together within a week of meeting.  But at that time, he had plans to study for a year at an American university and he is supposed to leave in six months. He wanted to go with her. However, if she remained his girlfriend, he could not find a way to get her visa to stay in the U.S for a year. Therefore, in order to stay together, they decided to get married. This was only four months after they met. It has been almost three years since then, and they seem happy.

感想

昨日は先輩の結婚した話をした。

なぜかそこから離婚の話になって、30分くらいその話をしていた。

フィリピンはすっごく離婚が難しくて、離婚はあまりないらしい。例えば、かなりお金を取られるらしい。

おわりに

今日は大学時代の同期や先輩とオンライン飲み会をした。

自分を含め4人中3人が同じ会社というびっくり展開。

まぁ同じ研究室だと専門性が被るしこうなるのかな？
