仕事がいやすぎた月曜日。BizEnglish56日目。

今日は仕事がいやすぎた。

テレワークだが仕事を始めるのがいやすぎて、9時半過ぎくらいに始めた。

どうやら今日はゆっぴーも仕事がいやだったらしい。

突然今年で仕事を辞めていいかとか言い出して困った困った。(笑)

今日はBizEnglishしかしてないのでそれについて書きます。

今日の宿題はDAILY DIARY_THINK IN ENGLISH CHALLENGEと言っている英語で書く日記とSony’s consumer electronics segment unit sales from FY2012 to FY2019, by category(in million units)というグラフをみて説明するというものだった。

DAILY DIARY_THINK IN ENGLISH CHALLENGE

My girlfriend and I had a launch with our parents on Saturday. On the way back, we encountered a Kamoshika in front of my parents’ house. It is a large Japanese animal with a height of about one meter. Since it was quite unusual, I ran after it. I lost it around the corner. But it was watching me from about 30 meters away.

This graph shows Sony’s consumer electronics segment unit sales from FY2012 to FY2019, by categoryaccording to 5 categories namely:—-. In every fiscal year, the total sales are the highest in the third quarter and lowest in the fourth quarter.  The total sales have been declining year by year/ annually after peaking at about 21 million dollars in the third quarter of FY2012. The total sales in the fourth quarter of FY2019 was only 2.2 million dollars.

PCs and video cameras had sales in FY2012 and FY2013, but no sales since then.There was data for the sales of PCs and video cameras in FY2012 and FY2013, However, in the following years, Sony discontinued the production of PC and video cameras hence, no sales data was recorded.

The sales of digital cameras and smartphones have declined significantly as the years have gone by. The largest digital camera sales was 4.9 million dollars in the first and third quarter of FY2012, and the largest smartphone sales was 11.9 million dollars in the third quarter of FY2014. In the fourth quarter of FY2019, however, the two sales are boththe sales of both items were 0.4 million dollars. 

The average sales per quarter for TVs is about 3 million dollars. These sales have seen a slight decrease (as the years have gone by)for the rest of the time period, but not as much as the other categories. 

感想

月曜日はなぜか英語が出てこない。やはり土日を挟むとある程度リセットされてしまうのか…。

そして眠い。疲れた。もうやる気が出ない。

おわりに

月曜日はやっぱり吐くほど仕事がいやだ…。

もう5月も半ばと思うと毎日が早い…。

特に意味はないが今日のかぼすも載せておこう。
